Soffit, fascia, shutters
The bits that read as “dingy house” even when the siding is clean.
Home House washing
The whole house, from the top plate to the foundation — siding, soffit, porch and railings.
What comes off
Siding does not go dirty overnight. It goes a shade darker every season until nobody remembers the original color.
The shaded north wall is always the worst. It comes off the same as the sunny side.
Corners, soffit lines, porch ceilings and light fixtures — cleared, not just rinsed past.
Anything on a county road picks up a gray band along the front. That band comes off.
Streaks under gutters, vents and window corners get worked instead of ignored — see rust removal.

The approach
Vinyl does not need to be blasted. It needs the right pressure held at the right distance, working a panel at a time.

Siding, drive and steps in one trip — most houses are a single visit.
Good to know
Not when the pressure matches the panel. Vinyl gets a lower setting held further back than concrete ever would — the point is to lift the film, not drive water behind the siding.
Beds and shrubs along the wall get looked after before and after the wash. Point out anything fragile when you walk the property.
Most single-family houses in Union County are a few hours, not a few days. Bigger homes and two-storey elevations take longer.
